Version 0.1.4 has two major changes

* support for rotational problems
  This includes a SphericalHarmonicsGrid, RotationalKineticEnergy
  and suitable initial wave function generators.
* Support for convenient calculation of expectation values
  and easy output of the results to a structured Ascii file

There have also been minor changes to speed up the build and fix
smaller issues. To see the new features in action, have a look
at the MolRotation/PendularStates/* demos.
