Version 0.1.3 features three main changes:

* The tutorial has been improved, some new tutorials have been added (e.g.
  time-independent Schroedinger equation)
* A grid and some helper operators for convenient handling of multiple
  coupled channels (/electronic states) has been added including a new tutorial.
* There is a new class to easily evaluate options given on the command line
  or in a configuration file. Also added a demo with detailed descriptions
  on how to use this feature.
