Version 0.1 features two major changes:

The setup of initial wave functions has been rewritten and extended. Also,
Redfield dissipation has been added, which only requires the correlation
function(s) and coupling operator(s), and calculates the rest purely
numerically. This numerical Redfield scheme required a host of other changes
(time-dependent operators, more flexible propagators) that are now also in.
