Version 0.0.3 features (almost) transparent handling of density operators.
By changing a handful of lines, you can propagate a density operator
instead of a wave function.

The final acceptance test for this new feature is a harmonic oscillator with
Lindblad dissipation term.

Note that release 2 fixes two compilation errors that somehow slipped through
(no idea why, I probably should start testing on different systems)
