CPG Releases (WinLin)

Releases contain a working Java application, ready to run on Mac, Windows or Linux.

The lastest version 1.6 was tested on Mac OSX Mavericks, Windows 7 on VirtualBox
Previous versions were tested on Mountain Lion, Lion, Windows 7, 2008, 2003 server, RHEN5, Ubuntu, Solaris.

For Windows and Linux, the working program is a double-clickable jar file which will work when used within the folder it was provided (there are invisible support files within it, and Resources/README_CPG is also required). 

On Linux you may run from the command line (see README_CPG) and a shell script is provided (CPG.sh).

To run from the command line:
> cd WinLin/CPG
> java -Xmx2G -XX:MaxPermSize=256M -jar CPG.jar

OR use the shell script:
> cd WinLin/CPG
> sh CPG.sh
(or ./CPG.sh)


CPG generates a plot from spreadsheet formatted data (text files) and saves images to PDF, jpg, other formats and now svg (Feb 2013).
