Simple and straight forward program that runs directly as an executable file without the need to install. I have used this several times on files from a few dozen pages to more than 200 pages. The results were quite good and totally served my needs. Be aware that it does _not_ convert scanned documents containing images of text.

Almost 2000 downloads, and not a single review? While this would have been a nice VB project to convert my simple PDF's back to an editable format, it wouldn't function as intended even with very simple text-only PDF files, It halts with a "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error for any conversion. It only one has one release with no apparent support. And no source code is provided to try fixing the problem myself. It will not even convert DOC to PDF, as the source file selection dialog actively *omits* .DOC files from being selected! Given the filesize is 21kB, it is likely that the software has very little actual code in it, apart from the dialog controls. I would have given two stars, because it must have worked for other people. But seeing how many problems this software has and it's lack of support, I give it one star. Please update this project, or release the source code so others can work on it.

Did not work under Windows 10. The output was gibberish.

Rudimentary interface but the result is excellent! It has transformed my PDF more than 900 pages into good quality DOC.
