RemoteMaster Files

This is the first build of RMIR v2.07.  The main feature of this version is the addition of a Bluetooth interface for remotes such as the URC7980 that support the One for All Setup phone app.  There has also been a revision of protocols.ini by The Robman to correct a number of longstanding errors, and the addition of support for a number of new remotes.

As with all new versions of RMIR, as distinct from new builds of a current version, RMIR v2.07 build 1 is only available as a full installation package.  Please note that for the installation to work correctly, this package needs to be unzipped into an empty folder that is not read-only.  For a Windows OS this means, in particular, that it should not be unzipped into a subfolder of the Program Files folder. If you want to preserve your settings from version 2.06 then, after unzipping the package, copy the RemoteMaster.properties file from the installation folder of that version to that of this new version.

Note that protocols.ini includes no-repeat versions of certain protocols, primarily intended for use by Slingbox files.  Due to the specialized nature of these versions, by default they are not loaded when RM or RMIR is opened.  If you need these protocols, check the item "Show Slingbox protocols" in the Options menu of either RM and RMIR.  These protocols will then be loaded in all subsequent invocations of RM and RMIR until this item is specifically unchecked.

The file BLED112-Signed-Windows-Drivers.zip contains the official Windows drivers for the Bluegiga Bluetooth BLED112 dongle needed for the Bluetooth interface in RMIR v2.07.  Linux and Mac OS X do not require a driver.
