This program contains four parts.
Part number one "TCP Statistics" can both execute another windows application or do an operation like Hibernation, Shutting Down or Restarting when the network activity is under a specified rate.
Part number two "Shell Execution" can execute a windows application in a specified time.
Part number three "Total CPU Usage" can both execute another windows application or do an operation like Hibernation, Shutting Down or Restarting when total CPU usage is under a specified percent.
Part number four "Operation Time" can do an operation like Hibernation, Shutting Down or Restarting in specified time.
