Note for Windows: Please install the VS 2015 redistributable included in the composight_x.y.z_Win_x64.zip Extract the zip and move the command line tools to a folder you add to your PATH. Put the Qt dlls next to the executables. cpsSegmentGUI can be started directly clicking it in the explorer.
"3rd party libs"
You will need those only if you intend to compile composight yourself and on Windows using Visual Studio 2015. The Qt 4.8.7 and VTK 5.10.1 archives have been patched in order to compile on Win/VS2015 platforms. For Mac OS it is recommended to use Qt4 and VTK5 from the mac ports repositories. For Linux use the dev packages that are shipped with your distribution.
