It contains all sources and a ready build jar file.
But please note, that for simply playing Colossus, for most users it will
be probably much easier to start it using Java Web Start.
To do so, simply browse to our project page:

(e.g. on the SF Colossus project main page, the link beside the "WWW" icon),
and there click on the pink Colossus icon.
