ConquestExplorer Application with Conquest2 (a genomic/omics project) domain model

This download contains one ConquestExplorer-application with a genomic/omics domain model and test-data to demonstrate some features.

Requirement:
------------
Software: Java v5 (or higher)
Hardware: 1GB RAM (recommended)

Installation:
-------------
-unzip CE_Conquest2_[linux/mac/win].zip

Start:
------
-move to directory CE_Conquest2_[linux/mac/win]/ConquestExplorer_[linux/mac/win]
-start the associated program
	linux - ConquestExplorer3
	mac -	ConquestExplorer3.app
	win -	ConquestExplorer3.exe

Marker image viewer:
	<select> Omics/Genomics/SequenceFeature/SequenceMarkerPCR/CT120
