Fixed
- Widgets: keep snapshot and stale token-history age labels advancing between timeline reloads, so paused widgets no longer retain fresh-looking timestamps (#3445; partial fix for [#3339]). Thanks @zhulijin1991!
- Usage & Spend: keep stacked daily and hourly chart segments flush at provider boundaries, rounding only the top of each bar (#3439). Thanks @elijahfriedman!
- Command Code: retain the last confirmed plan for its billing period so subscription timeouts do not erase monthly usage; show the monthly row as unavailable when no plan is known, while preserving rolling five-hour and weekly usage (#3441). Thanks @enieuwy!
