README The files in the folder reproduce Figures 4, 11 and 12 in the publication; however, optimization results for the feeding are not produced but are stored in *.mat files. Figure 4 simu_standard.m simulates the model for various substrate concentrations input with standard parameter simu_opti.m runs an optimization program to max growth rate (both files need plot_s and parameter) Figure 11 simu_system_fed_batch.m simulates three cases with different feeding profiles Figure 12 simu_system_ensemble simulates the system with different parameters, input function was stored before
