cmd-PC1D 5.9 is a command-line version of the popular solar cell simulation tool PC1D:

cmd-PC1D 6.0 extends PC1D by (i) including Fermi–Dirac statistics, which can be relevant in regions of high doping, and (ii) adding state-of-the-art models for c-Si models. cmd-PC1D adds flexibility through implementing the calculations in a scripting environment.

The source code for later versions with more updates on the device physics can be found in the PC1Dmod page (version 6.2 can be compiled both as the command line and GUI version):
