1. libcurl
This software uses libcurl which is accessible at http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/
The library and dynamic library have been compiled for Windows using Visual Studio and placed in a libcurl directory.  To use CMAT on other O/S's (e.g., CentOS) it is necessary to download libcurl and install it.
