The above folders provide downloadable files related to the CLUE 
assignment manager. Please refer to http://cereal.forest.usf.edu/
for other material e.g. NED web app, student linux box Virtual

	. CLUE Python client-side software, ready to install on 
	  different OSes
	. Guide provided to help students learn to use the software
	. Source of the guide provided for instructors to adapt it
	. Please note, students will need a CLUE Server to connect to

	. Provide instructors with a turn-key environment to run a 
	  CLUE server for their students
	. Instructors will want to run this on a machine, give the IP 
	  to their students so they may connect their CLUE client to it
	. This is where assignments are implemented, released, graded...
	. Instructor guide provided
	. OVA file is a Virtual Box virtual appliance based on Ubuntu
	  It is meant to be installed on any platform running Virtual 
	  Box by importing it into the virtual box software
