Catches up with blockrun's 2026-07-28 free-model re-probe (blockrun [#309]) and the 2026-07-29 fee revert (blockrun [#319]). Verified live against the gateway before syncing.

- blockrun's 07-28 re-probe got 410 Gone on both passes. Removed from the FREE_MODELS auto-pick cascade, the picker, and the eco SIMPLE fallback chain — a server-redirected dead model in the cascade silently defeats
/exclude. Explicit pins stay routable (gateway redirects to gpt-oss-120b). mistral-freere-aimed atfree/mistral-nemotron, the last live free Mistral.free/deepseek-v4-flashstays: slow on real prompts (~10 tok/s) but completing, and the only 1M-context free model.- Free count is now 7 (chat-visible total: 65) across README, SKILL.md, and brand markers.

- blockrun reverted the flat settlement fee to $0.001/tx.
estimateAmount()and README follow. Payments were always server-quoted — the old value only over-reserved pre-checks by $0.001/call.

- openclaw dev dep → 2026.7.1; overrides added for brace-expansion, fast-uri, tar, hono, jayson>uuid (merged into the single existing overrides block); lockfile regenerated. tsup bundles runtime deps, so the override floors ship in dist.
