Fixes the admin model evaluation pages on phones and narrow laptops.

The runs table header's screen-reader-only label escaped its scroll container and stretched the document past the viewport, so the browser zoomed the whole page out to fit. Under 1280px the run list now renders as cards carrying every field the table does, and the report no longer clips tool-call arguments.
