Amux now filters live agent sessions by repository or folder.

  • Use amux list --repo proposalwriter to include a repository and its linked worktrees. --project is an alias for --repo.
  • Use amux list --dir ~/Git/proposalwriter to show only that directory and its descendants. Both filters work with dormancy, JSON output, and picker refreshes.
