To install just put the jar file into eclipse plugins folder. Sometimes you need to restart eclipse with -clean parameter.

Remember that you have to start your java application (that one you'll want modify in real time) with the parameter "-Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=4994,suspend=n" to open a communication port for bytecodes injection.
