RCD-CircumMeasure
Simple Circumference-measuring application for Windows platform.

How to install:
You don't. The application is a simple .exe file. Simply double-click it to run the program. You can place the file anywhere you like.

Other:
I am the sole coder of this program (wasn't hard really), and aspiring to do way more with my at-the-moment weak knowledge of the C++ programming language. I would really appreciate it if all of you (namely my classmates) would give me your utmost support and encouragement for whatever I may do in the coming weeks, months, and years. Thank you for downloading this creation of mine.
