Panel GUI HTTP 500 after cipi gui upgrade / soft update — path repo for cipi/gui defaulted to a symlink into /opt/cipi/cipi-gui, outside PHP-FPM open_basedir (/opt/cipi/gui/ only). Restore Composer options.symlink=false (real copy in vendor/), widen open_basedir to include /opt/cipi/cipi-gui/, reinstall when a symlink is detected, and rewrite the FPM pool after upgrade/update. Migration 5.0.18 repairs existing panels. Immediate: cipi gui fix-permissions.
