CIEM Files

This repository contains artifacts related to the CMS Information Exchange Model (CIEM). CIEM is derived from the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM). CIEM was developed by Genova and Noblis to support the development of the health insurance marketplaces mandated by the Affordable Care Act.
