ChelomEx

ChelomEx is a software for the isotope assisted discovery of metal chelating agents from high resolution LC-MS data. ChelomEx is implemented in MatLab and offers a graphical user interface to enter search parameters, browse data and evaluate analysis results. 

This folder contains the MATLAB source code, a MATLAB App as well as binaries for MS Windows and Mac OS X. Test data and example analysis results with ChelomEx can also be downloaded.
