Charbarcoding test_case

In this directory you can find:
- The binary files compiled to the architectures i686 and x86_64;
- The ./rawfiles directory, which contains four R3 and F3 files (csfasta,qual);
- To run the test_case run the script "./test_i686.sh" if you are using a i686 architecture, or "./test_x86_64.sh" if you are using a x86_64 architecture.
-- The scripts were compiled to be runned on a GNU/LINUX computer

To see what are the parameters of each binary file, execute them without any parameters.
