Saved game manager for Conan Exiles Isle of Siptah

To install, just double click the installer. It will install to a subfolder from where it was run and open that subfolder when it completes.
Run the program, you will be prompted to locate your Conan Exiles game's base folder, thats all it needs.
Select from the saved game backups that the game has created and press (Make Active), it will make your backup the active playable saved game. The active saved game is named game.db.
To Restore it to the original file that you just change, press (Restore).
Thats it.

Please note:
If the game was installed inside the  \program files\ or \program files(x86)\ folders then it needs to be run as an administrator so that it has permission to change the game files in those locations. You can also right click the CESGM.exe file, select properties, click on the compatability tab and check the box where it says "Run this program as an administrator". That way you dont have to worry about doing that every time.
