DownloadCertificate Verification System was designed to help employers in Afghanistan and Rwanda whom are unable to check the authenticity of documents during staff recruitment to ensure that the given certificates or degrees are issued by really known universities or colleges. This online system will use only one-time password for better protection of the application.
