concatenate split files eg.
cat cellx.tar.gz.split.* > cellx.tar.gz
tar zxvf cellx.tar.gz
The server code required to host CELLX can be retrieved from the SVN repository.
Image Archives should be untarred into the directory specified in the cellx_config.pl file for imagepath:
eg. $CONFIG{imagepath}='cellx.pfizer.com/SNP_IMAGES';
The mysql database files should be untarred into the corresponding mysql data folder:
eg. /usr/local/mysql/data/cellx
