CDG Editor - Edit Karaoke CDG Files Files

CHG: You can now edit multiple commands (e.g. change the On colour for multiple Tile Block 
     commands at once).
CHG: Cut, Copy and Paste CD+G data.  The implementation of this is rudimentary - paste will 
     overwrite any CD+G data chunks that are already there.  You can insert chunks from the
     edit menu manually if you need to insert the clipboard chunks (but this will of course 
     make the CD+G longer).

BUG: Deleted CD+G chunks were displayed when seeking in the file.
BUG: TileBlock repairs incorrectly loaded from .repair file.
BUG: Selection was left after deleting chunks.

All CD+G commands now implemented!
CHG: Implemented ScrollCopy and ScrollPreset (thanks to wzydhek on SourceForge for 
     supplying some source code).
BUG: Fixed deletion of chunks (left them in the CDG list on the main window).
CHG: Multiple selection for Delete CD+G Commands and Recover CD+G commands.
CHG: Insert Time Gaps (added for debugging of scroll commands - needs Delete Time
     Gaps feature to go along with it to make it useful).
BUG: Search for nearest command didn't check the chunk was actually CD+G.
BUG: Removed Offset Column from the command list (unused idea that never took off).

BUG: Fixed unhandled exception on load if stored window size was no longer valid 
     on startup.
