Version 3.4.16-145 - September 2016

Steps for using DKMS and the hpsa driver source with Ubuntu:
- Insure dkms and compiler tools are installed.
- apt-get install dkms build-essential
- Unpack hpsa source tarball
- cd to "drivers" directory
- copy the scsi subdirectory to /usr/src/hpsa-<driver_version>
- Note DKMS does not support the "-" in the version number.
Substitute with ".".
- EX. cp -a scsi /usr/src/hpsa-3.4.16.145
- dkms add -m hpsa -v 3.4.16.145
- dkms build -m hpsa -v 3.4.16.145
- dkms install -m hpsa -v 3.4.16.145
