Installation
============
1. login as root account. better if mysqld is running
2. mv the tar file to the installation path
3. untar the package
4. cd into the folder (where "rc3.py" is)
5. run "python rc3.py"
or "python2 rc3.py" to initialize the application
6. run "python rc3.py -r" to enter root menu to update the root password
