Fixes

Kimi and MiniMax now write ANTHROPIC_MODEL alongside the model alias slots so managed variants match the providers' Claude Code setup guidance.
cc-mirror update <variant> --api-key ... and --auth-token ... can now intentionally rotate provider credentials while ordinary updates still preserve existing keys.
cc-mirror doctor --live captures Claude Code debug output and surfaces provider API errors, so auth failures show the real reason instead of only a timeout.
Kimi setup links now point to the Kimi API Platform key page.
