TIES (Text Information Extraction System) is a clinical text search engine that uses Natural Language Processing techniques to extract medical concepts from free text clinical reports.     For your infomation, caTIES is not bound to Windows. We have a Linux version of caTIES for a while now, and the mac version is on its way. Thank you.
