Repository of Antibiotic resistance Cassettes (RAC)

The source code provided here is the RAC server code written in Groovy and 
GRAILS and developed using funds from the Australian National Data Storage
(ANDS) Data Capture project #DC5F. 

In order to run an instance of RAC, the grammatical DNA annotation engine
Attacca (Context-driven discovery of gene cassettes in mobile integrons using 
a computational grammar; Tsafnat et. al. BMC Bioinformatics, 2009;
doi:10.1186/1471-2105-10-281) is required. 

The primary RAC instance can be found at http://www2.chi.unsw.edu.au/rac and
if you are interested to learn more about RAC it is recommended you contact
