Install these presets for Adobe After Effects CS3 and later by navigating to the Edit -> Templates -> Render Settings… dialog box and clicking the button "Load..."
Then do the same thing for Edit -> Templates -> Output Module... dialog box and clicking the button "Load…"

Removed the FLV settings and replaced them with PNG sequence settings to reflect that PNG sequences and separate audio are now the recommended way to bring video into a Flash template. Since we are not using FLV encoding anymore, the same templates are now used for all versions of After Effects.
