Changes for version 2.4:

- fixed problem with ultimate texas hold'em games having uneven bets which must have equal amounts
  for both blind and play bets. Bets placed for ultimate texas hold'em games will now only be valid
  if they end as even number bets of the lowest bet multiples, otherwise the bet figure will be
  highlighted in red with the confirm button in the bet dialogue disabled.

Changes for version 2.5:

- fixed problem with the push situation in poker games not showing the correct net gain figure if
  side bets are placed that did not end up paying off for the game round. New corrected version will
  show the poker game round ending as a loss if the poker hand ends as a push, but the side bet amount
  is lost because it did not meet the minimum rank necessary for a payout.

Changes for version 2.6:

- included possible missing windows system files that could make Card Shark fail to run on some systems.

- Cleaned up and reorganized source files and directories in source code package.

- Modified help documents search algorithm to attempt opening absolute file path
  to the default web browser as well as the help document root index file.
  This is done as an attempted alternative when the relative paths to these
  files fails to work.
