Conservation Assessment and Prioritization System - Index of Biological Integrity (CAPS-IBI) - An Open Source tool used to input biological data in the form of an 'Index of Biological Integrity' (IBI) and output an Index of Ecological Integrity (IEI) based on that IBI.

RELEASE NOTES:
(2017-06-12) This is the second release (v2.0) of CAPS-IBI.
	This version calculates IBIs for forested wetlands, shrub swamps and streams.
	Contains updated data for forested wetlands, shrub swamps and streams and geographic coordinates
	Note "bryophytes" are no longer an acceptable sample type for forested wetlands
	Changed the output table rows to display different metrics in the main window
	Added charts to the calculation output
	Updated manual for this version
