Added

  • Scrub through a session's spend. Hover the small per-call spark beside Spent this session in the app's cockpit (or focus it, or press it on a phone) and it opens over the block into every priced call of the session. Bars fold into runs once there are more calls than the width holds, but the cursor reads one exact call: Call 412 of 640, when, the model, what it cost, its tokens and the tools it asked for (Bash go test ./...); ←/→ step one call at a time, Esc or leaving closes it. A field the data does not carry is left out, never shown as $0. The series comes from a new lean endpoint, GET /v1/sessions/{id}/calls.
  • See the subagents at a glance. Under the cockpit's state line, one small tinted avatar per subagent: its type's initial (E for Explore, G for general-purpose, P for Plan), pulsing while it works, accent while it waits on you, muted once finished; at most four and +N. Hover names its type, task and model; a click scrolls to the Subagents list.
  • Quick chat picks a vendor and a model. Clicking Quick chat (the sidebar, the tab strip's + menu, or Quick chat with… in the palette) shows the agents installed here — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode — and their models; a click on a model starts the chat on it, Enter starts the highlighted one. ⌥⌘N still starts at once, on the agent and model used last.
  • A default folder for new projects. Settings → Projects, or Set as default beside the Add project sheet's folder field; the sheet starts there (your home folder until set) for an existing folder, a new project, a clone and Browse.
  • The Add project sheet says what is at the path as you type: will be created, exists, empty — will clone here, exists — not empty, clone will fail, not a folder, already in Caprock. A new daemon endpoint, GET /v1/browse/stat, answers it under the folder browser's rules.

Changed

  • Browse is a folder browser: it opens on the default folder, with a breadcrumb, ↑ to the parent, double-click or Enter to go in, Choose to pick, and arrow keys throughout.
  • Recent folders leave out scratch: temp folders, Caprock's own data directory (quick chats) and .claude/worktrees agent worktrees.
  • The Add project sheet has keys on its buttons: ⌘↩ adds, Esc cancels, ⌘1–3 switch Existing folder / New project / Clone, ⌘B switches Recent and Browse (Ctrl off macOS).
  • A clone may go into an empty folder, as git allows; one with anything in it is still refused.
  • Tabs are easier to tell apart. The tab in front has an amber top edge; the others are shaded tabs of their own. The strip's + is an amber outline that opens a menu — New agent, Quick chat, New shell, Open file, Add project, each with its key; the separate new-shell button is gone. The pinned Dashboard tab stands apart: an amber grid icon, an amber tint, and a divider before the session tabs.

Fixed

  • A session no longer takes a background agent's branch. With an agent working in a git worktree, Claude Code wrote the worktree's branch on the parent's own transcript lines, and the session's header read the agent's feat/… branch over the main checkout's master. A live line now takes the branch its folder's checkout actually has, read from its HEAD.
