- Permission card buttons work after a restart and with agents in the background. The card read the dialog off a replay of the session's recent output, which after a restart could start mid-screen and hide it; every button then said not on the prompt. It now also reads the dialog from what was drawn after the prompt arrived, and allows the extra rows a status line and background agents add under it.
- A terminal reopened after a restart draws its whole screen. Reattaching to a running Claude Code session could leave its status rows as bare numbers, their labels lost from the replay. The first size a terminal sends now makes the session redraw everything.
