Changed

  • The light theme is paper now, like caprock.dev. A cream ground with panels a shade lighter, instead of white. Prefer white? Settings → Light theme → White; the choice is kept in this browser. The dark theme is unchanged.

Fixed

  • Test readings no longer sit in your plan-limit history. A unit test posted a made-up 23.5% five-hour reading, with a reset in 2030, to whatever Caprock daemon was running when the tests ran. Any such reading is now removed, by the same rule the daemon already applies to new ones: a reset more than eight days ahead is not a real window.
  • A forked session no longer counts its parent's spend a second time. Picking up a running session forks it, and Claude Code copies the conversation since its last compaction into the fork's transcript, usage included. Caprock priced every copied turn again, so the copied spend showed up twice in Cost, the daily totals and caprock report. On the machine this was found on, one fork added $212.93. A copied turn now stays in the fork's timeline with its text but costs nothing, and the copies already stored are corrected once when the daemon starts.
  • A copied turn with no usage is no longer charged for a cache write. Claude Code blanks the token counts of some messages it carries past a compaction but leaves the 1-hour cache-write figure, which was priced on its own.
