Changed

  • The premium dialog, after five readers were asked to buy from it and none did. Not one of them named the price — three said $30 was nothing to them. The verdict was the same sentence in five voices: "I am paying for delivery of something I already see for free."

  • Both prices now say what they cover. "$100 forever" was the most-asked question on the screen — forever what, this one feature or everything Premium ever gains? Two readers said they would have bought had it been answered.

  • The Claude Pro comparison is gone. Four of five said it argued against us: it made $100 read as five months of a tool they cannot work without, and invited "yours sends a message, theirs writes the code".
  • The Telegram bot is named as a cost, not a feature. "Through your own bot" was called the most alarming line on the screen while it sat among the benefits. It now says: one message to BotFather, about two minutes.
  • "Everything Caprock does today stays free" read as lawyered — free now, unspecified later. It says "now", and that Premium only ever adds.

And the report itself is sold on what changed, not on what happened — the repository that cost 3× its usual week, this week against last. A digest of figures the dashboard already shows is a notification; what moved is what a week of data can say and a live screen cannot. That is a promise about what gets built, and it is written into .ai/03-contracts.md so the feature cannot quietly ship as a digest.
