Calabrass v1.0.3 - Chat and Crew

Plan and Build are gone. They are replaced by Chat and Crew: Chat is the ordinary assistant with every tool, and Crew is a team that takes the longer work - an Orchestrator plans and delegates, workers do the job and report back, and the crew rail shows the work as it happens.

✨ New - Chat and Crew

• Plan mode is removed, and Build is now Chat - the same full toolset, with no separate read-only run.
• Crew mode is the new one: the long and complex kind of work, with a longer leash (120 model steps and 120 tool calls against Chat's 40).
• The address is the mode: /chat/:id is an ordinary chat, /crew/:id is a crew run. The composer's switch moves the conversation from one to the other and saves it there.
• Existing chats are migrated on open: a row that said build or plan becomes chat.
• The sidebar entry Agents is now "Crew work", and the button there makes a worker.

🤖 New - the crew works

• A built-in Orchestrator and a built-in Frontend Developer worker, ready to use.
• The Orchestrator asks you questions and delegates one task at a time with delegate_task. It plans and guides; it does not write the code itself.
• Every delegation is a todo, every worker answers with a report. The worker has to finish through report_task, and the run stops after two failures.
• The Crew work rail lists the run's todos and reports, opens itself when a new one lands, and shows them as clean Todo and Report views instead of raw JSON.
• Every chat keeps its own crew files, so one conversation's work never shows up in another's.
• Skills: a worker reads the skills you give it before it starts, and the worker dialog now has a skills picker (%USERPROFILE%\.calabrass\skills).

🗑 Removed

• The Autonomous page, its route, its sidebar link and its assets are gone.

🐛 Fixed

• A crew chat now runs as the Orchestrator, not as the coding harness.
• delegate_task rejects a missing or unknown worker id, so a delegation cannot go nowhere.
• Crew todos and reports stay with the chat they belong to.
• Compacted traces and replays stay valid JSON, and older malformed rows are read without breaking.
• The worker id in the timeline is impossible to miss.

📦 Installer

• Calabrass-setup-v1.0.3-x64.exe - per-user, no UAC prompt, installs over v1.0.2 in place (the app identity never changes).
• The version reads 1.0.3 in the installer and in Apps & features.
• Bundled MCP servers (excel-mcp, win-control-mcp) are still switched off until you turn them on.
• Your data is untouched by the upgrade: everything still lives in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Calabrass, and the uninstaller still asks before it deletes it.

⚠️ Notes

• The installer is not code-signed yet - Windows SmartScreen will show "Windows protected your PC"; choose More info → Run anyway.
• Requirements: Windows 10/11 x64, and the WebView2 runtime (the installer checks for it and offers Microsoft's download page if it is missing).
