CaIS Runtimer Extension for direct RAVEReport running on Linux-Wine

Base by : CaIS 4.7 for Windows (XP/7/8/10 32bit)
Tested  : 100% Linux-Wine (Windows-Emulator) compatibility

This app. use following config parameters :
- normal 'cais.cpf' for HOST TCP_IP & Port
- 'winerave.param' for :
    - MUMPS routine
    - Function Tag
    - UCI
    - Language tag (by CaISFORM)
    - Rave Template directory
    - Free ESBRaveViewer.exe directory
Note    : when Rave Report Close , automatic app.exit !
