MUMPS(+MumpsV2 , actual version MV2023.01) syntax highlight editor .
This application created by Lazarus-IDE , support the code recompile on Linux or MacOSX .
Tested: Windows 10 , Windows11


MUMPS distrib. support : MV2 (preferred & test platform) , MV1R2 , MV1.65 or above, RSM
MUMPS side : 
  - TCP-Server   : %CaIPSRV (or %CaIPS if inetd/xinetd working...)
                   (app.client use Indy10)
                   CPUTF rutin for UTF-8/ISO encoding
                   ISO<->UTF encoding , use in [MGR]>D MAKE^CPUTF for generating codetable 
  - Studio_Calls : %MStudio routine in MGR uci
