MV2-Studio ver 1.8.9 (Tested version)

MUMPS(+MumpsV2 , actual version MV2023.01) syntax highlight editor .
This application created by Lazarus-IDE , support the code recompile on Linux or MacOSX .
Tested: Windows 10 , Windows11

MUMPS distrib. support : MV2 (preferred & test platform) , MV1R2 , MV1.65 or above, RSM
MUMPS side : 
  - TCP-Server   : %CaIPSRV (or %CaIPS if inetd/xinetd working...)
                   (app.client use Indy10)
                   CPUTF rutin for UTF-8/ISO encoding
  - Studio_Calls : %MStudio routine in MGR uci

- When IndyTCP-Client send <DISCONNECT> to IPServer , 
             KILL job specified char.encoding setting

- Compile option , syntax-error box scrolling fixed
- %MStudio routine change:
    MV2023.01 or above , $&%ROUCHK return a String-result ,
       don't make .RCH files on HOST side /Thanks to Andras Pahi
    previous version MV2023.01 and MV1,RSM the $&%ROUCHK write to
       standard I/O redirected to HSOT file (*.RCH)...
