CaIS Runtimer Extension for MUMPS Data import from local FILE to Database

Base by : CaIS 4.7 for Windows (XP/7/8/10 32bit)
Tested  : 100% Linux-Wine (Windows-Emulator) compatibility

This app. use following config parameters :
- normal 'cais.cpf' for HOST TCP_IP & Port
- 'filetomv1.param' for :
    - Post running MUMPS routine
    - Function Tag of routine
    - UCI
    - Default import directory+filename
Note : in directory browser , available filetype:*.xml,*.csv
