This minor patch version is primarily aimed at fixing a bug in newlib that caused serious issues with dma reading. Alongside that 21 other PRs were included containing minor bugfixes and cmake environment updates. Notably issues reported with clock drift from the DC's SH4 clock should be fixed and 1st party rumble packs are now supported.
