C-evo Distant Horizon is a turn based strategy game, of the Civ II era.
It is available for Debian/Ubuntu/Mint etc, for Arch Linux, and for Windows.
To build on Windows, install Lazarus and Inno Setup. Run build.bat in folder Install\win.
To build C-evo Distant Horizon for Debian/Ubuntu/Mint etc,
you will need the main source file, the ...debian.tar.xz and the .dsc file.
Files may need to be renamed to the exact file names shown in the .dsc
Unpack the source with deb-dpkg -x, and build with dpkg-buildpackage.
Prebuilt binaries for Debian, Mint & Ubuntu, Raspbian
Fedora and Mageia are available on the OBS

The .asc file is the signing key (if needed).
To build C-evo Distant Horizon for Arch Linux, use the PKGBUILD file,
and the main source file, the tar.xz file that is around 6Mb in size.
