The Libraries file is the necessary libraries to make BTCeChartFeed work. These files will (likely) never change so I stuck them together in there. The .cpp files will get updated periodically. "BTCeChartFeed_win_binaries" is just as it sounds. It contains each executable version of the feed and the necessary libraries in one zipped package.
