HOWTO:

- use bip.conf from source tar.gz and edit as desired
- create bip.pem as described in source tar.gz README (openssl binary needed)
- save both in /opt
- to store bip on speedport mount tmpfs filesystem in /opt and wget bip there or use nfs driver
- chmod +x bip

run with: ./bip -f /opt/bip.conf
